Seeking a caring, intelligent, attentive nanny to help care for their daughters. They are looking for a true partner -- someone who is an extended member of their family and wants to play an instrumental role in supporting their family and enabling their children's healthy development.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of our children at all times. Keep them entertained and engaged with various activities like playing, reading, crafts, and outdoor adventures. Proactively come up with ideas and developmentally appropriate skill-building.

• Transport children to and from daycare, activities, playdates, etc. (family vehicle will be provided)

• Ensure good hygiene and daily routines (washing hands, picking up after themselves, etc)

• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for the girls, involving them (to the extent appropriate) in the process

• Light housekeeping including cleaning up after meals, children's activities, and laundry

• Help organize the girl’s clothes and toys to help us stay organized

• Support family more broadly with occasional grocery shopping, errand running, and meal prep

• Opportunities for extra hours via date nights or occasional travel will be available but not required

Pay and benefits

• $25-$32 hourly depending on the nanny’s experience

• 20 days paid leave per year – note that 10 of those days will be at times of their choosing (when they take family vacations).  An additional 10 days will be earned (1 day every 5 weeks) and can be taken whenever.  Any other time-off is of course fine as needed, but will not be paid.

• Federal holidays are default off, but they will pay overtime hours if for any reason they need help AND the nanny is able and willing to do so

• Seeking a caring and responsible nanny with previous newborn experience. Dad works in business development from home and Mom works full time at Vanderbilt. Dad goes out of town 1-2 times monthly so they will need the nanny to stay later hours at times if Mom has to work late. However, most working hours will be during the day. They are excited to work alongside a nanny to foster the importance of faith, family, curiosity and empathy with their new little little one!

• Desired Start Date: September 3, 2024

• $25-$32 hourly depending on the nanny’s experience

• Benefits include 1-2 weeks of PTO, a few sick days and Bank Holidays / They will provide a vehicle for extra curricular needs with Baby

• Tdap and Flu Vaccines are required

family 120:

• Full Time

• Franklin

• Monday-Friday

• 8:30am-4pm

• 2.5 year old boy and 1 year old girl

• Seeking a sweet nanny to care for two littles! Full time care will be for 1 year old girl while the 2.5 year old is in daycare part time so care will be part time for older child. Help picking up and dropping off from school will be included in position. Looking for someone who has experience caring for these ages and multiples. The family is hoping for a few extra hours weekly for date nights and on occasion weekends. This will be known in advanced. Both parents work from home but have home offices that are away from the little ones to maintain separation and respect for the nanny. They are hoping for their 1 year to get into daycare next year but would still love to work with the nanny to pickup from school and work afternoon hours and are happy to discuss more in detail what that could look like.
